For registration, stop by in person with your ID - we’ve found it helps us verify things and meet all local gambling rules. Only adults aged 18 or older can sign up, and we won’t make exceptions there.

After you sign up, your card is ready. Whether you hit the slots, take a seat for Blackjack, or just book a dinner table on the property, present this card at the casino or at participating service points. You’ll earn points from your play and use them as you like. Most new members are surprised how quickly the small things add up over time.

What to Bring

Registration Process

We keep things direct. Head to the Winners Circle counter on the main floor. Winners Circle membership is free and can be signed up almost instantly at Winners Circle Guest Relations Desks. Since our casino is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, registration is also around the clock - though our experience shows nights and public holidays might test your patience with queues.

Hand over your valid ID or passport. Give us your mobile number and email for account news. We do ask for address confirmation now and then. You’ll be given the programme rules and your new card. Activate at any slot, tweak your message settings, and you’re in.

Usually it’s around 10-15 minutes when not busy. On weekends, expect to cool your heels a bit longer.

You’ll need to be a Winners Circle member. Sometimes, a certain tier is needed to enter - not every criteria is public, but our team knows them. Want in? Walk over to the desk or look for a host on duty. They’ll walk you through what’s current for access or dress codes.

Responsible Gambling Support

Every member packet highlights responsible gambling and limits. We keep visible reminders everywhere: “Winners know when to stop.”

You may see responsible-gambling information near the registration desks. Prefer a break from gaming? Let our duty manager know. Self-exclusion is immediate, lasts six months minimum, and a return does require showing you’ve completed some basic counselling.

The property includes restaurants with food choices, and some may open late to match casino hours.

Family facilities may be available at the hotel; please check with the venue for current amenities.

Account Changes and Card Problems

Need to update your profile, or lost your card? Drop by the Winners Circle desk with ID. Swapping out a lost card is quick - sometimes a small fee, but you’ll keep your same account details and points.

So long as you play at least once in a 12-month window, your account stays open. Let it lapse longer, and you’ll need to start over.

Member-Only Promos

Every season, we run plenty of exclusive draws, bonus point days or tournaments. We notify by text or email, based on what you ticked at sign-up, and you can change these at any time.

Bigger promos do come up for holidays and busy stretches. For most, you’ll need to be playing a machine or be present for final draws, though sometimes prizes just show up in your account - keeps it fair.
